Thank you for supporting Pine & Palm Coffee! We love serving our customers, but because we operate a small home-based coffee shop with a compact menu, we want to share some important information regarding allergens.

• Ingredients We Use: Our menu is prepared using ingredients including whole milk, heavy cream, oat milk, Lavazza medium roast espresso beans, brown sugar, cinnamon, Monin syrups (Blueberry, Vanilla, Coconut), and Torani syrups (Toasted Marshmallow, Cheesecake, and Banana Crème). Our toppings may include cereal marshmallows, banana chips, graham crackers, and toasted coconut.
• Common Allergens Present: Our kitchen regularly handles ingredients containing or derived from dairy, tree nuts (including coconut), wheat/gluten, and other common allergens.
• Shared Equipment: All of our signature iced lattes are prepared in a small workspace using shared pitchers, blender components, utensils, espresso equipment, and other preparation surfaces.
• Cross-Contact: Because all drinks are prepared in the same workspace using shared equipment, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment or prevent cross-contact between ingredients.

Severe Allergies: If you have a severe or life-threatening food allergy, we respectfully ask that you do not order from Pine & Palm Coffee. Your safety is our top priority, and we would never want to put your health at risk. Thank you for your understanding!

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 minutes before the start of the scheduled pickup window. Once preparation begins, orders are non-refundable.

Pickups must occur during the scheduled pickup window. Orders not picked up during the scheduled window will be considered abandoned and are not eligible for pickup or refund.

Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window and park in the designated Pine & Palm Coffee guest spot.

We'll bring your order directly to your vehicle.
