Orders may be cancelled for a full refund up to 30 minutes before the start of the scheduled pickup window. Once preparation begins, orders are non-refundable.

Pickups must occur during the scheduled pickup window. Orders not picked up during the scheduled window will be considered abandoned and are not eligible for pickup or refund.

Please arrive during your scheduled pickup window and park in the designated Pine & Palm Coffee guest spot.

We'll bring your order directly to your vehicle.

• Cold foam contains dairy products.

Allergen Notice: Drinks are prepared in a home kitchen where nuts, tree nuts, coconut, dairy, wheat, and other common allergens are present. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
