1. Who we are

Pine & Palm Coffee is a Saturday-only coffee shop operating off of East road in Hampstead, NH. We can be reached at aloha@pineandpalmcoffee.com.

2. Information we collect

When you place an order or subscribe to updates, we may collect:

• Contact info — name, email address, and phone number.
• Vehicle info — car make/model and color (so we can deliver to your vehicle at pickup).
• Order details — drinks ordered, pickup date and time, any customization notes.
• Payment info — processed entirely by Stripe. We never store your card details.
• Account credentials — if you create an optional account, we store a bcrypt-hashed password.
• SMS consent — whether you opted in to receive text message confirmations.
• Usage data — anonymous analytics (page views, events) via Google Analytics 4.
• Session recordings — via LogRocket for debugging and improving user experience (see below).

3. How we use your information

• To process and fulfill your order and communicate its status.
• To send a confirmation email after payment (via Resend).
• To send a confirmation text message if you opted in (via Twilio). Reply STOP at any time to opt out.
• To send occasional updates if you subscribed to our mailing list.
• To improve our service using anonymized usage analytics.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. SMS messaging

When you opt in to SMS notifications during checkout, we will send you order-related updates. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive these transactional text messages from Pine & Palm Coffee.

• Non-sharing: We will not sell, rent, share, or disclose your mobile phone number to any third party for their marketing purposes. Your number is used solely to send order-related confirmations.
• Message frequency: You will receive one SMS per order placed. We do not send recurring promotional text messages.
• Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This applies to all data collected as part of the SMS consent process; consent will not be shared with any third party.

We use the following services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy.

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy).
• Resend — transactional email (resend.com/privacy).
• Twilio — SMS confirmations (twilio.com/legal/privacy).
• Google Analytics 4 — anonymized usage analytics (policies.google.com/privacy).
• LogRocket — session recordings for debugging (logrocket.com/privacy).

6. Data retention

Order records are retained for business and accounting purposes. If you would like your personal data removed, please contact us at the email above and we will respond within 30 days.

7. Cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you logged in to your optional account. Google Analytics may set cookies for analytics purposes. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

8. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. You may also unsubscribe from our mailing list via the link in any email, or opt out of SMS by replying STOP.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
