Terms of Service

1. About Pine & Palm Coffee

Pine & Palm Coffee is a Saturday-only pop-up coffee shop operating on Rolling Hill Road. By placing an order through our website you agree to these Terms of Service. If you have questions, contact us at aloha@pineandpalmcoffee.com.

2. Ordering

• Orders may be placed online in advance for Saturday pickup only. We do not accept same-day orders.
• A maximum of 2 drinks per order is permitted.
• Menu items and prices are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

3. Payment

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting an order you authorize the charge to the payment method you provide. We do not store your card details. All prices are listed in US dollars.

4. Pickup & fulfillment

• Pickup windows are 15 minutes long. You must arrive within your scheduled window.
• We operate curbside: park in the designated Pine & Palm Coffee spot and we will bring your order to your vehicle.
• Orders not picked up during the scheduled window are considered abandoned and are not eligible for fulfillment, credit, or refund.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control (weather, road closures, etc.).

5. Cancellations & refunds

• Orders cancelled at least 30 minutes before the start of the scheduled pickup window are eligible for a full refund.
• Once preparation has begun, orders are non-refundable.
• To request a cancellation, contact us via email with your order number as early as possible. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

6. Allergens

Our drinks are prepared in a kitchen where common allergens — including dairy, nuts, and gluten — may be present. We cannot guarantee that any item is allergen-free. By placing an order you acknowledge this risk. Please review our FAQ page for the full allergen notice.

7. SMS communications

If you opted in during checkout, we may send you a text message confirmation when your order is confirmed. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for more information about how we handle your data.

8. User accounts

Creating an account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pine & Palm Coffee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or consumption of our products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of our service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
